Built around how tours actually run

Boats, jeeps, walking tours and transfers all come down to the same thing: a departure time and a fixed number of seats. Termax keeps those numbers right everywhere you sell.

Departures and capacity

Set weekly departure times, seats per departure, closed days and sales cut-off. Change one departure without touching the rest.

Live availability for channels

Seats are held while a traveller checks out and released if they leave. When a departure fills up, the channel is told right away.

Passenger lists

See who is coming on each departure with names, phone numbers and pickup hotels. Tick off arrivals on the day and print the list for the guide.

Phone and partner bookings

Add bookings from hotels, agents and walk-ins to the same calendar, so channel availability always reflects them.

Team access

Staff get their own sign-in to see the calendar and bookings. Prices, products and connections stay with the owner.

Termax implements the GetYourGuide Supplier API, so GetYourGuide reads availability from Termax and sends bookings straight into the calendar. Viator is next.
