These terms apply to the Termax reservation system and this website. By signing in to Termax you accept them.

The service

Termax lets tour and activity operators manage products, departures, capacity and bookings, and connect them to sales channels such as GetYourGuide. Access is given by invitation to operator staff only; there is no public sign-up.

Accounts

Each user gets a personal account. Do not share your password.
The account owner decides who on their team has access and with which role, and is responsible for actions taken with their team's accounts.
Tell us right away if you think an account has been misused.

Bookings and availability

The operator is responsible for the accuracy of its tours, times, capacity and prices in Termax, and for carrying out the bookings it accepts. Termax passes this information to connected channels as entered.

Channel credentials

Connection credentials shown in the panel give channels access to your availability and booking endpoints. Keep them private and regenerate them if they may have been exposed.

Availability of the service

We work to keep Termax available and secure, but planned maintenance or problems outside our control can cause interruptions. Channel requests are logged so that any affected booking can be checked.

Acceptable use

Do not try to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfere with the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.

How we handle personal data is described in the privacy notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Alanya have jurisdiction.

Bu şartlar Termax rezervasyon sistemi ve bu web sitesi için geçerlidir. Termax'a giriş yapan kullanıcı bu şartları kabul etmiş sayılır.

Hizmet

Termax, tur ve aktivite firmalarının turlarını, seferlerini, kapasitesini ve rezervasyonlarını yönetmesini ve bunları GetYourGuide gibi satış kanallarına bağlamasını sağlar. Erişim yalnızca davet edilen firma çalışanlarına verilir; herkese açık kayıt yoktur.

Hesaplar

Her kullanıcının kişisel hesabı olur. Şifrenizi kimseyle paylaşmayın.
Hesap sahibi ekibinden kimin hangi yetkiyle erişeceğine karar verir ve ekip hesaplarıyla yapılan işlemlerden sorumludur.

Rezervasyonlar ve müsaitlik

Turların, saatlerin, kapasitenin ve fiyatların doğruluğundan ve kabul edilen rezervasyonların gerçekleştirilmesinden tur firması sorumludur. Termax bu bilgileri girildiği gibi bağlı kanallara iletir.

Kanal giriş bilgileri

Panelde gösterilen bağlantı bilgileri, kanalların müsaitlik ve rezervasyon adreslerinize erişmesini sağlar. Bunları gizli tutun; açığa çıktığından şüphelenirseniz yenileyin.

Hizmetin sürekliliği

Termax'ı erişilebilir ve güvenli tutmak için çalışırız; ancak planlı bakım veya kontrolümüz dışındaki sorunlar kesintiye yol açabilir. Kanal istekleri kaydedildiği için etkilenen rezervasyonlar kontrol edilebilir.

Kullanım kuralları

Size ait olmayan hesaplara veya verilere erişmeye çalışmayın, hizmetin çalışmasını bozmayın ve hizmeti hukuka aykırı amaçlarla kullanmayın.

Kişisel verilerin nasıl işlendiği gizlilik metninde açıklanmıştır.

Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu şartlara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Alanya mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir.
