Termax is a reservation system that tour and activity operators use to manage departures, capacity and bookings. This notice explains what personal data Termax processes and why.

Who is responsible

Termax is operated by the company below. For bookings received through Termax, the tour operator who runs the activity is the controller of traveller data; we process it to run the reservation system.

What we process

• Traveller booking data sent by sales channels such as GetYourGuide, or entered by operator staff: name, contact phone or email, number of participants, pickup location, language and booking references.
• Operator user accounts: name, email address, password (stored only as a one-way hash) and sign-in records.
• Technical records: requests from connected channels and their answers, IP addresses of sign-in attempts and error logs, kept to run and secure the service.

Why we process it

• To confirm, change, cancel and carry out tour bookings.
• To keep availability correct across sales channels and prevent overbooking.
• To protect accounts against misuse and to investigate problems.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Who receives it

Only the operator's authorised staff, the sales channel the booking came from, and our hosting provider in Türkiye, each to the extent needed. Data shared with a sales channel is also covered by that channel's own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for as long as accounting and tourism regulations require. Technical logs are deleted after they are no longer needed for security or troubleshooting. Password reset links expire after one hour.

Your rights

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU GDPR, you can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Write to . We answer within 30 days.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. The operator panel uses one session cookie to keep staff signed in, and your language choice is remembered in your browser.

Termax, tur ve aktivite firmalarının seferlerini, kapasitesini ve rezervasyonlarını yönettiği bir rezervasyon sistemidir. Bu metin, Termax'ın hangi kişisel verileri hangi amaçla işlediğini açıklar.

Veri sorumlusu

Termax aşağıdaki şirket tarafından işletilir. Termax üzerinden gelen rezervasyonlarda, turu düzenleyen firma yolcu verilerinin sorumlusudur; biz bu verileri rezervasyon sistemini çalıştırmak için işleriz.

İşlenen veriler

• Yolcu rezervasyon bilgileri: GetYourGuide gibi satış kanallarından gelen ya da firma çalışanlarının girdiği ad soyad, telefon veya e-posta, kişi sayısı, alış yeri, dil ve rezervasyon numaraları.
• Firma kullanıcı hesapları: ad soyad, e-posta, şifre (yalnızca tek yönlü şifrelenmiş hâli saklanır) ve giriş kayıtları.
• Teknik kayıtlar: bağlı kanallardan gelen istekler ve cevapları, giriş denemelerinin IP adresleri ve hata kayıtları.

İşleme amaçları

• Tur rezervasyonlarını onaylamak, değiştirmek, iptal etmek ve gerçekleştirmek.
• Satış kanallarında müsaitliği doğru tutmak ve fazla satışı önlemek.
• Hesapları kötüye kullanıma karşı korumak ve sorunları incelemek.

Kişisel verileri satmayız ve reklam amacıyla kullanmayız.

Aktarım

Veriler yalnızca firmanın yetkili çalışanlarıyla, rezervasyonun geldiği satış kanalıyla ve Türkiye'deki barındırma sağlayıcımızla, gerektiği kadar paylaşılır.

Saklama süresi

Rezervasyon kayıtları muhasebe ve turizm mevzuatının gerektirdiği süre boyunca saklanır. Teknik kayıtlar güvenlik ve sorun giderme için gerekli olmadığında silinir. Şifre sıfırlama bağlantıları 1 saat sonra geçersiz olur.
